Convenient Location, Courteous and Efficient Staff

This place is centrally located, although a bit of a distance from the airport. the staff here were always attentive and well-organized throughout my entire stay. 😊

The property was fairly clean with outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly staff. We loved twin room with bathtub.

We got a room with bathtubs. Location: the hotel was so close to private beach, night market, 24hr shop, all shopping centres and Pinang.

The location is ideal, just a short distance from Adventure Zone Amusement Park and nearby all shopping centers. We loved the affordable price of our twin room with a bathtub and all the essentials.

Got upgraded to a seafacing room with nice decor. Breakfast was great and of good value. Food at Sigi's Cafe was also very presentable and delicious, nice environment.

Vendors on recreational activities were too close to the private area of the Hotel; thus relaxation at lawn was interrupted by their smoking and communications with possible customers and among themselves.

Great spot with ocean views, nearby shops, restaurants, and Georgetown. the rooms are beautifully designed and well-maintained. Tasty breakfast options to start your day right! 🌊

The venue's position was central. I tried some drinks at bar River Stone Bistro, located 5 minutes walk away. The breakfast was generous and rich with fresh eggs and western food, as example and served by the genuinely helpful staff.

Quality service and convenient parking available here. Great spot close to a subway station for quick city access. 🚇

The hotel was well-kept in general, had very efficient staff who has a very good service. The room was not kept clean and available with shower, balcony and twin beds. The setting was ideal, so close to the shops and restaurant, and the night market and a nearby food court for breakfast. Besides, it was 800 feet from Batu Feringgi Beach beach. The restaurant was at a medium distance from the venue...

The best family resort. Love the adventure zone and kids activities that allows parents to have a little bit of rest while the kids are having fun at the same time. Brilliant idea!

The continuos noise from the jet skis and the foul smell of petrol destroys the pleasure of a tropical beach making it impossible to relax and dangerous for children to be by the beach. I couldnt even rest while doing my reflexology bcos of the foul petrol smell which is bad and could cause cancer. It's ashame..with a beautiful beach like that.

The bath cabinet drain got blocked. Staff solved, but it could be avoided with some preventive cares.

This venue is conveniently located close to the night bazaar, making it easy to explore the local area.

Less privacy in balcony, relatively small rooms for families with prams etc.., personnel allowed people to swim with their cloths on in the children swiming pool.

Great location close to the water slides, kids' activities, and nearby restaurants. the room is brand new and very well maintained. 🌟
